Fav. Roleplay: Urr ... don't do that much now. I like AD&D though & the
Baldurs Gate PC games
Fav. Sci-Fi: Babylon 5. Had to mention it somewhere. It's amazing,
watch it all!
Characters: Edmund Blunderbrain, Ullialfan
History: I was born at a very early age ... oh, not that far back. I
cut my teeth roleplaying with good old Dungeons and Dragons before moving
up to Advanced D&D. We figured the Advanced part would really improve our
street cred. I then wandered about a bit in the land of roleplaying to
many different systems, Warhammer 40K, Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer
wargaming one, Star Wars, and quite a few others. I even badly painted the
miniatures for a while.
I first met our illustrious GM in a PBM game oh, *cough* *splutter* years
ago when I think he was hell bent on world domination (things don't change
eh?). We struck up an alliance and a friendship and I still remember the
days of the handwritten turns. It made for a lot more fun with the turns
as you had to interpret Craig's handwriting. That in itself was a great
deal of fun. Things have moved on a great deal since, and in the 21st
century, we email and everything. There are rumours about getting together
on-line for chats, but as we all work bizarre hours, it's not that easy to
do!
I'm currently working as a computer consultant for a nice big company, and
enjoying every moment of it. I've been interested in the New Age and
Alternative Therapy scene for well over 10 years now, and am finally
realising this with the creation of my new web site (see above). So, if
anyone wants to chat on that front, I'm usually around and up for a good
conversation.
I must end this with a big hearty thank you and congratulations to our
illustrious GM for sticking with this through thick and thin for probably
over 10 years now. A lot has happened in our lives since we met, and we've
still managed to stay good friends! Well done Craig, and thanks for
running the turns ... I've enjoyed every moment of them (even if I don't
always reply on time!).
